Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer issues, provide troubleshooting solutions, and escalate to relevant teams if needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product knowledge and ensure effective communication of updates to customers.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services or products.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Assist in developing and refining internal customer support processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or product support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
- Knowledge of company-specific products or services.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
