Job Summary

The Post Office is seeking highly skilled and experienced artisans to join our Maintenance & Technical Services team. As a Skilled Artisan, you will be responsible for performing specialized tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment and infrastructure within the Post Office facilities. This role requires expertise in one or more trades such as electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, or welding.

Key Responsibilities

Task	Description
Maintenance & Repair	Perform routine maintenance and repair of Post Office facilities and equipment.
Installation	Install new equipment and infrastructure as needed.
Troubleshooting	Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment and systems.
Safety Compliance	Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards.
Documentation	Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Collaboration	Work closely with other team members and departments to complete projects.
Inventory Management	Manage tools and materials inventory, ensuring availability for tasks.

Qualifications

Qualification	Requirement
Education	High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience	Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant trade (e.g., electrical, carpentry, plumbing, welding).
Technical Skills	Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to the trade.
Certifications	Relevant trade certifications preferred.
